Called to the Bar of Ontario in 2015, Dylan McGuinty, Jr. has assisted thousands of business owners, families and individuals in Ottawa with estate administration and estate planning at McGuinty Law Offices Professional Corporation  (www.mcguintylaw.ca). 

He provides Executor services and practices law in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Trust Law, and assisting Executors and Substitute Decision-Makers. 

Dylan has developed and trademarked Tax Saving Wills for Physicians, Business Owners, and retirees.

Dylan  has also represented clients at the Supreme Court of Canada, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Landlord Tenant Board and the Ontario  Labour Relations Board.

Dylan has taught Administrative Law at Carleton University. He is a former Director on the Bruyere Continuing Care Board of Directors where he helped advance the care of patients in need of sub-acute, geriatric and palliative care.

Before obtaining his Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall, Dylan obtained his M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Ottawa. Prior to his M.A. studies, he earned his B.A. (Honours) with Majors in Philosophy and Public Administration from the  University of Ottawa.

In addition to being a draftsman for Estates Law, Dylan McGuinty, Jr. is an accomplished author, speaker and poet who believes in the power of literature to help shape the law, by shaping how people think about themselves, society and the law.
